Menu Plan Monday 05/30/2011

First, a thank you to those who have served to protect and defend our freedom and to the families that have made the sacrifice as well.  May GOD protect, guide and bless all of you.

Now for this week's menu:

To kick off what has become the beginning of summer we are having:  Hot dogs, Italian Pasta Salad with cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella and Potato Salad.  My husband and I made a Strawberry Rhubarb pie to have tonight but he couldn't wait and talked me into a slice last night.  Delicious!  I'm surprised we have more.  Hee hee.

Turkey Meatballs in Marinara Sauce over Brown Rice (one of my son's favorite meals)

Slow Cooker BBQ Tri-Tip (I always use my slow cooker when I have a busy day planned)

Chicken Apple Sausage with Salt and Vinegar Roasted Potatoes

Leftover day!

I didn't plan weekend meals this time.  We're a bit up in the air about our plans so I figured I'd wing it.  Or, I might peruse for recipes!
